Invite [email protected]
to your WordPress Users

  1. Log into your website
  2. Hover over Users in the left column
  3. Click Add New
  4. Add User: wpDuo and Email: [email protected]
  5. Make sure Send User Notification is checked
  6. Make sure Role is set to Administrator
  7. Click the Add New User button

Add [email protected]
to your Domain Provider

  1. Find instructions for GoDaddy or Network Solutions Technical Contact (You may have to log in!)
  2. If you use another provider or aren’t sure, email us at [email protected] with the subject line DNS Access Help and a member of our team will reach out to you to get you set up.

From updating plugins to monitoring site security, we’re making sure everything runs how it should.

What happens next?

The next step is our team will ensure they have access to both your WordPress admin area and your Domain Registrar. We’ll confirm with you once we do, and then start the migration of your site to our hosting. The process typically only takes a business day or two.

Will I have downtime during migration?

For most sites, not at all. Before we repoint the domain, we move a copy of your site to our server so it is an entirely seamless process.

If you have an E-commerce based website using wooCommerce, unfortunately there will be a brief period of outage (typically 6-8 hours) to prevent duplicate orders for your business. In order to minimize business disruption, we move those sites during non-peak hours of your store. Our team will be in touch to coordinate this and move the site at a time when it will not harm your sales.

When and How can I start submitting updates?

You can start submitting requests right now to [email protected] – however, we recommend only submitting the most urgently needed updates so we can finalize your hosting migration.

We can also hold an update request until after the hosting migration is complete. Our team is quite responsive and ready to help you out either way.

  • How do I submit a request?

    We make it easy! Just email your request to [email protected] and we’ll get it done – FAST.

  • What kinds of tasks can I request?

    You can request anything you can think of! Our team will help you get it DONE.

    Here are the tasks typically covered by your included small updates at the Essentials and Growth level:

    • UI troubleshooting (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
    • Styling elements with CSS
    • Content population & image manipulation
    • Creation of basic graphics (e.g. buttons, banners, etc.)
    • WordPress consulting (advice and support)
    • SEO (advice and support)
    • Optimization of CSS, Javascript and Images
    • Theme/plugin audits
    • Minor theme architecture changes
    • Plugin installation and implementation

    Some more complex updates aren’t always covered – but never fear! If something looks like it will be a bigger task than those covered as part of your plan, our team will provide you with options for how to fit it in as a “small job,” as well as a quote for if you’d like our team to take it on as a project.

    Requests that typically will take longer than a half hour to complete include:

  • How do I make a change to my account?

    Want to add or update your service? From SEO to Domain Name to Google & Facebook Ad Management, we can help manage your performance of your inbound traffic. Just email us at [email protected] to let us know and our service team will help you make the update.

  • How do I add an authorized user for my service?

    For security reasons we limit who can make requests to update your website. If there are more people you’d like to be able to request website updates, let us know by sending a list to [email protected] and we’ll make sure they’re added.

    We understand that teams change too – so if you ever need to remove or limit someone’s access, our [email protected] team can help with that too.

  • Do I have to request updates to WordPress core files or plugins?

    No – we take care of this automatically as updates are rolled out, and test to ensure everything works well with your website afterwards.

    You’ll receive a report every month that shows you the updates we’re performing without you ever having to make a request.

  • How do I get in touch in an emergency?

    We monitor the [email protected] board around the clock, but in an emergency, call us at 855-869-3006, extension 702 and we’ll get on it ASAP!
